Not only are they extremely well educated with advanced college degrees in engineering, electronics and computer repair, they have decades of computer experiences. One of the owners has a PhD and a MBA and started working on computers in 1963. In addition, they are a family business and are very honest. I was amazed at how fast they repaired my computer and that they were very interested in answering all of my questions.
